The individual is asking is it permissible for a non muslim to enter the Prophets masjid

Q.The individual is asking is it permissible for a non muslim to enter the Prophets masjid (Sallaahu alayhi wa sallam) for the purpose of learning about Islaam?

A.The shaykh mentioned that which is present in the Qur’aan is that it’s not
permissible for the non muslim to enter into the masjid in Makkah, Masjidul
Haraam. The verse specifically mentions Masjidul Haraam which is present in Makkah. However, the Saudi government out of respect and reverence for the masjid of the Prophet (Sallaahu alayhi wa sallam) they made a law that the disbelievers cannot enter the Prophets masjid (Sallaahu alayhi wa sallam). Likewise the individual who wants to learn about islaam he can find out about islaam without having to visit the Prophets masjid (Sallaahu alayhi wa sallam). For verily knowledge is not present in one place only.
